The remote road to Greshornish was a bit potholed, definitely a tough drive at night. Arriving at the hotel, I felt instantly at home thanks to the warm staff. My room had stunning views of the loch, which made waking up a delight. The cozy lounge with a fireplace was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I appreciated the homemade marmalade at breakfast, such a nice touch! The evening menu could definitely use some variety. we ended up wishing for more options. A few areas did feel cold, making our room a bit chilly at times. Still, the atmosphere was inviting, and we plan to return for a longer stay.

The cozy lounge with warm fire and beautiful decorations was delightful, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I also appreciated the accessible paths throughout the grounds, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.
More handrails would enhance safety for seniors.

Total gem in the countryside!
Wow, this place is a real hidden treasure! We loved the cozy vibe and the stunning old house vibe. Big shoutout to Sam for fixing our heating so quick! The food was solid too, especially in that comfy lounge with the fire. The only bummer was they were booked solid for extra nights—totally understandable why!

Cozy ambiance with stunning loch views
Our stay was remarkable, enjoying hearty breakfasts featuring smoked salmon and vegetables, along with delicious dinner options that really showcased local flavors. The cozy lounge area with a roaring fireplace made it an inviting spot to unwind after our explorations, and the stunning views of the loch added a magical touch to our experience. One slight downside was navigating the single-track road leading to the hotel, which can be tricky, especially at night.

Exceptional dining and cozy ambience
My stay in a small double room was fantastic. The dining experience was truly exceptional with breakfast offering options like smoked salmon and hearty breakfast bruschetta, complemented by delightful evening meals. The cozy lounge with a roaring fire created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after exploring the scenic surroundings. the remote location might be challenging for some to reach, especially in the dark.

Oh, the homemade marmalade for breakfast was an absolute game changer! Plus, the cozy lounge area with an open fire is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Not to mention that the food at dinner had me feeling like I was tasting the best Scotland had to offer!
Unfortunately, the evening menu dishes were a bit of a mishmash—think lamb kebabs with rice noodles, which just didn't sit right for me. with winter closing most options early, the dining prices felt a tad steep.

Staying for two nights in a Deluxe Double Room was a delight, offering a serene atmosphere complemented by stunning decor. The friendly staff, particularly Kate, made our experience memorable, and the delicious breakfast featured dishes made from smoked meat. some minor upgrades were underway, and while they didn't negatively impact our stay, the noise from this work was occasionally noticeable. The whiskey selection was impressive, but it would be great if more cocktail options were available to enhance the evening experience.
